Exclamation TPS Problems!

Hello, I have 2000 3.8L Automatic Camaro
And i have been getting these codes, even though i have replaced my throttle body.

DTC P1221 Fuel Pump Secondary Circuit Low
DTC P1516 Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) Module Throttle Actuator Position Performance
DTC P1220 Throttle Position (TP) Sensor 2 Circuit
DTC P1120 Throttle Position (TP) Sensor 1 Circuit

Looking for advice.

Havent gotten around to spending the extra cash for hpt, how would that help me here?

Could the TB be opening too much causing the TPS to read too high of voltage for the PCM to understand?
