Question car wont move till its warm...

I recently bought the car in my sig for my weekend car but it will soon be my dd. I love the car to death but it won't go anywhere until it gets warm. Not necessarily running temp but warm, but maybe 5 min of idle with me revving it a little up to like 1.6 or so. I am just curious if this is because of the heads and cam or if its the tune. The Heads are 862 and the cam is a custom grind. Unfortunately I don't have a cam spec card for it. I can link a vid of the car and the way it sounds if that helps at all. It will idle and rev fine but if i try to put it in gear and go the car wants to die like it cant hold the load. I'm not sure whats springs are used but i can say that the shift light says 6.4k. I'm hoping its the tune as i don't want to buy new heads or a cam. The car does surge every once in a while at low rpm's under load. Mainly in first gear.

Your problem is definitely tune related and has nothing to do with the heads or cam. Changing parts will not fix the issue. The way I usually fix this is just to set cold idle quite a bit higher than the warm idle. Some tweaking of the VE and IAF tables is needed also as it sounds like your car will not idle until it swaps over to closed loop operation.

You need to get your car retuned by a tuner, or spend the money on software to do it yourself!

That sounds about right I have heard everything from $400 to $250/hr. I have a MS3 cam with a 113lsa on a 3200 stall and I have no issues so I would say it's the tune.
