this is the manual trans boards, but iirc on the manual there is 4 uptop that are a real pita to get at, we had to use a 12" extension and a swivel socket. not too sure on the 4l60 tbh

The 4l60e and the m6 are the same bolt pattern I believe, I know on the auto there looks like there should be one at the 2 o'clock position but there isn't one there. I think there are 8 total, but once those are removed you'll still have to free it from the dowels, which just takes some wiggling.
