Angry clutch bleeding issues need some suggestions

i am trying to bleed my clutch.I have bled about a quart or so out of it. When i start up the car (its on Jack stands) and try to put it in gear clutch seems like its not fully disengaged. what am i doing wrong? t56 in a 1991 camaro ls6 408

shim installed behinde slave cyl.

What clutch and flywheel are you using? Additionally, how are you bleeding the system? I suggest the use of a vacuum bleeder to best draw air out. Let me know and I will be happy to assist you further. Thanks,
