Default Cleaning the Rotors?

My brakes are still good, and I believe they are still in good shape. I do not have any pulsating or squealing, but my drilled rotors have brake dust in all the little holes. Can these be properly cleaned? Or do I need new rotors. I was also thinking about getting ceramic pads so I will have less dust. Any input is greatly appreciated

I was really bored one day and i actually cleaned every drilled hole in the rotors. I brought them to a hardware store, found a nail that was the same diameter as the hole and nailed through each one of them. It took way too long but i tried a ton of other stuff and nothing was strong enough to break through the dust. Too much work to have them get covered in dust after 2 weeks.

i just replaced my front rotors and pads with duralast rotors and duralast C-max pads, i have had them on for a little over a week and still no brake dust. i would have to clean my rims every day or 2 cuz the dust was so bad.
