just wanted to make sure all LS1 manifolds are all the same correct? weather its off a camaro,firebird,vette or gto is all the same right? and require the same mods to fit? also what are some was to tell the diffrence? thanks in advance.

1998-2000 had EGR provisions (a hole with 2 bolt holes). 2001-2002 did not have this, as it was basically the LS6 manifold off the Vette.

so a gto manifold would work?anything from 02 and up right?

Well, the manifold from an '04 GTO should work. Not sure about the LS2 GTOs for '05-'06.

Looking to do this mod but haven trouble finding a stable car to get the intake from. Looks like all I got available is from a 97 C5 vette. Anybody know what is required to modify with tha EGR stuff or if it even has it? Thanks in advance.
