new turbo lt1 guy
just thought i'd post up some info about myself
i'm 19 and going to school full time. this december i'll be finishing my first two years then i'll be transferring to ASU to get my degree in business management.
my car is a 1995 camaro. LT1 A4. The motor is completely stock internally, mods consist of headers, 3" y-pipe, mallory ignition box, aluminum driveshaft, 3.42's. i have an unknown brand of lca's and i custom made my own body mount adjustable torque arm, panhard bar, upper panhard bar, lca relocation brackets, 5 point cage, and sfc's. I also fabricated the rear mount turbo set-up from scratch. i have $1,800 into the whole set-up including fuel pump, injectors, and tune.
stock it ran 14.5 @ 96mph
50 shot of nitrous - 13.7 @ 106
turbo 12.9 @ 105 (losing boost completely in 3rd gear)
13.00 @ 114 (with boost in all gears and a 2.07 60')
hoping with a higher stall i'll actually be able to launch the car. right now it spins the et streets at 1,700 rpms which only allows for 2.0x 60's
