Default Wideband wires.

Hey everyone, was just curious where the easiest place was to come through the firewall into the interior with wideband wires? The gauge its self is going to be mounted on the pillar.

Thanks mike.

If you are talking about an F-body the firewall is not where you want to penetrate. There are several rubber plugs in the floorpan that can be seen from underneath the car. Pick whichever is nearest your sensor. I needed to cut a hole.

If its an auto car you can use the same hole as the shifter cable if you like...

I didn't cut.. I can't remember exactly how I came through, but it was a really clean install. I think there's an opening behind the PCM. I just tied a nut to a sting and dropped it down the hole and wiggled it until it came out. Use that string to pull the wires back through into the engine compartment.

I pulled power from the cigarette lighter and it has constant power. Both do. What or wehere are people pulling their power from, or are you just pulling the fuse when your not driving the car??

You can get 12v switch from the IGN slot in the fuse panel.
