Default Tire Size

I'm looking at some Toyo Proxes R888's for my car. I've got a 2006 z51 corvette so i've got the 19 inch rims in the back. I'm wanting to get 305's but I have no clue if they will fit or not. Does anybody know how wide of a tire I could put on my car without having to cut anything?
Thanks, Brett

whats the rim and tire size that came stocK? i can't remember now, was it 245/40x18's on an 8.5" rim up front, and a 285/35x19 on a 10" in back? just goto the tire site and see if the size u want can be mounted on a 10" rim...

Check out tiresdirect.com. I believe they are the cheapest, but these tires are not budget friendly!
