HPT rev limit help My car wont rev past 7200 with hpt set at 9k its a 2000 camaro is there another setting I need to change other then fuel cut?

Scan it and see if injector pulse width is bouncing. If not,
then rev limiter isn't the problem I think.
Make sure there isn't some craziness in the spark tables
/ delivered advance at higher than "normal" RPM.
