Default Torque arm

This is kind of a noob question and I'm sure it has been asked before, but are the torque arms for manual and automatic f-bodies the same? specifically 98-02? Because I am swapping an ls1 into my 98 v6 ad a buddy has a torque arm from a m6 car he'd give me for free but I already bought a cheap one from an auto but the guy is holding it for me till I find out this answer. Can someone enlighten me? thanks

They are slightly different but interchangeable without issue.
