Default New guy from NC

Sup guys! Glad to be a new member to ls1tech. Been looking at the site for quite some time now so I finally thought I would join so I could ask questions! haha

But anyway...I drive a 2007 colorado...I am in the process of bringing its cosmetics up to par. After that I will be installing an ls1 into it. Not gonna go crazy with it as it will be a daily driver. So I will probably be just going with just a mild street cam and thats about it.

Thanks for the welcoming guys! Awesome that there are several other members close to me here! Once I start the swap I might need a little help with a few things on it!...I believe the only real problem I am having at the current moment is finding a place that will shorten a driveshaft and balance it...but I believe mine is going to have to be shortened about 1.75-2 inches....and also a reputable transmission shop...i will be going to a junkyard and getting a 4l60e and having it rebuild..so a reputable transmission shop would be nice as well in the area
