Default Someone tell me step by step, point blank, how to adjust t tops?

My t tops have started to leak under heavy rain and I can hear air whistling through where the window meets the door at high speeds. I've read you can somehow try "adjusting" the t tops. How???? None of the other so called instructions people have given I understood. Thanks.

Never heard of any adjustments being made to the t-tops. The only adjustments most of us make are learning to deal with the leaks during heavy rain.

On the car there are shims you can add and remove on the latches. I don't have any pics, but I have adjusted them before. I can take some pics if you need them. Dialectic grease swells the rubber and helps, but you can make them tighter/looser with a shim adjustment.

or at least use something to coat and protect the rubber weatherstripping, like vinylx, or vinylex, however its spelled... swelling will help. otherwise look at window alignment write ups, no need for subframes yet... also look and compare one side to the other, are pieces of rubber missing or torn?
