I might be getting a set of MACS I'm planning on getting a set of MACS with the Y pipe. What else will I need to get and how much would the installation be?? How much HP gain on average do these dish out and how much will it knock off the 1/4 time?

yeah, just do some searches on the MACs because you could probably do it yourself, my hubby and I did mine on my car in our garage and he just took them off the car by himself yesterday
