Default clutch issue with cold weather

so my clutch is a monster stg 6 with a tick adjustable master cylinder and its normally pretty stiff but not to hard to push. the past week when i go to drive it after its sat for a while in the cold the clutch wants to release at the floor where it normally releases almost all the way out. the pedal feels like it has no pressure but the fluid level is good. after about 10 min of driving it goes back to normal.

do i need a thicker fluid?
any good sugestions on what fluid to use?

This sounds like an issue of either air in the lines or an internal leak in the slave or master cylinder. Try bleeding the system first with a mighty-vac (pulling air from both the bleeder off the slave and from the reservoir) and let me know if it makes any change. If you just have air in the system doing this should help. If you are bypassing air internally then you likely have an issue of a leaky seal which means the slave or master will need to be replaced/rebuilt.
