Fast intakes seem to help N/A setups more than boosted ones, I say look for a 90 or 92for a good price. Dont know about rwhp but there are some people on here in the 8s with ls6 intakes.

Whether or not it's "worth it"... well it's going to be up to you. As mentioned, fast intakes are oriented more towards blocks with big cubes, but not to say it won't help a mild setup. It just may not be much better than the ls6 intake for the price.
Also as mentioned, maybe try and wait for a good deal on used 90mm fast if your convinced enough to buy one.

personally i would leave the ls6 on unless u have a bigger cube motor as stated above the 102 is ideal for BIGGER cubes... the ls6 is good for 10 and many people have many big numbers still running the ls6
if you plan on h/c the car with that ms4 then invest in a 90 or 92 not the 102

I think the 102 is too big for your current setup. I'm switching out to a 102 intake with a ported LS7 TB but I have a 91mm ID intercooler outlet, 227 heads and 20lbs of boost. You need bigger cubes or boost and bigger heads. You will get driveability problems with the 102 with your current setup.

Have any of you that are suggesting a 102 is too big used one?
The real knowledgeable guys are saying its a myth, and considering I doubt FAST is stupid enough to discontinue an intake that would be "better" for smaller cube motors I'm inclined to believe them.
Overkill? Sure. But "too big", IE losing power due to the intake? Doubt it. The bigger issues seem to be the switch in fuel rails increasing the effective price.
A used 90-92 would be a MUCH better deal though.

There are drivebility and tuning issues with the 102 on a small bore block. I'm putting one on mine but I'm running 20lbs of boost but mostly because I got a good deal on it. With my 91mm ID on my intercooler outlet all I really need is a ported 90 like the LS7.
