Exclamation Please help me decide which ls1 to buy!!

Please help me decide on a LS1, remember I want a 10.99 Daily Driver NA, $10,000 mod budget

Option 1:

2001 Pontiac Trans Am WS6 / 110,000 Miles
Price: $5,700
Vin: 2G2FV22G812124698
Problems:
-Tie rod is broken (black ice accident), I cant test drive it, has to be towed, owner said hes too busy planning wedding and fixing house, and it also needs new paint on front bumper
-He hasn’t pay off his loan yet, so no title in hand

Option 2:

1998 Pontiac Trans Am / 52,000 Miles
Price: $5,900
VIN: 2G2FV22G6W2224970

Potential Problems: Mod: long tube headers and flow master exhaust, has title in hand

Also here is the thread the owner made a couple months ago, he took out most of his modifications to lower the price of the car

Option 3:

1999 Pontiac Trans Am / 73,655 Miles
Price: $6,950
Vin: 2G2FV22GXX2228019
Problem: Buying from a dealer so prices/fees are high
