I would stay around the south end of town. Stay away from anything on Shaver. The ones on Burke south of Spencer are ok.

^^^^ what this guy said. Closer to fairmont, there's some nice decent ones on Preston south of Spencer

Yeah, I've seen some close to fairmont between bw8 & burke on some of the websites.

you might also want to check into some closer to deer park or la porte. a little nicer and you can find some that are decent priced
