OEM throttle body size

what's the original throttle body size on the LS1 F-bodies? Would getting a 80mm BBK be that much of an advantage?

hmm I believe it is 75mm

pretty sure BBK offers an 85mm as well...

^ 75mm stock.

80mm should fit no problem. 85mm needs an adaptor. It'll be fine for bolt ons. H/C and up would need a bigger intake.

you could sand the intake opening bigger to better match the 80mm TB.
