One of my ex-best friend's ex-wife is wanting to compile a list of all charges against him. He's broken the law in several counties in several states. I haven't found out why she wants the information, but the Texas site I found requires a fee. Let me know if anyone can help (if ethically, of course).

You also shouldn't be able to find anything he was just charged with, I believe thanks to innocent until proven guilty only convictions will show up, unless you have access to poliece reports.
