What heads with VRX4 Camshaft 228/230 .588/.592 112 LSA?
Guys I've ordered a new camshaft and it should be here soon. I'm kinda stuck on what heads I should match them up with. I was looking at the Trick Flow 220 as cast heads at vengeance racing. Would they be a good match? What kind of milling job should I have done to them. I also will be getting a Fast102 intake manifold, fast rails, racetronix pump, and new injectors. Any input?

The as cast 220cc heads cleaned up by Ron are an excellent head for that cam. The TFS heads are pretty forgiving when it comes to cams even though a vrx4 is no slouch. Should make good power with that setup. Talk to ron on how much you can mill.

Another vote for TFS 220cc as cast heads. Call Ron up.
I'm personally running stock 243's right now, & plan on moving up to PRC stg 2.5 LS6's. Mainly because I'd rather stick with a stock style head casting. I hate the should I/ do I have to run aftermarket rockers debate.

Trick Flows work well with that camshaft. On a 112+4 you can safely go to 61cc with no issues. Also make sure that the wipe pattern and pushrod length is checked correctly when installing TrickFlow/Yella Terras. Otherwise your power will fall like a ton of bricks @ 6400.
Good luck.
