How accurate is a narrowband a/f gauge
running it on my procharged lt1

I would not trust tuning with one.... not worth the potential engine damage.

The LT1 has fragile stock pistons to begin with. It would be worth every $$ to get a good dyno tune instead of experimenting, unless you plan to rebuild it anyway.

For idle tuning its fine, 14.7 is tho only spot its accurate at, any more or less it is just rich or lean. For WOT tuning a dyno is great, its quite hard to do 3rd gear (auto) or 4th gear (manual) pulls from 60-160 on the street!
