Plan on another 3k for a trans build. But yeah, it's worth it if you can afford it.

you want to turbo a fwd car with known transmission problems?

Yes, I say go for it. Absolutely.

You will be happy in your daily driver.

Not sarcasm, it's on my list, But my trans will be built before I go turbo. Both DDs, well technically the GXP was demodded, and I think supercat got the kit from GXPJAY.

No sarcasm man, just have to be realistic about the trans. 8-10k is a lot of money to put into a FWD sedan.

And I can only imagine how much some of our awesome guys have put into theirs. I'll be dropping A LOT over the next few years as well, hell, my hood was a grand. Nobody expects the FWD sedan to be fast.

Just for fun, hood - $1000, exhaust that I barely used - $520, K&N - $310, awful paint - $150, cutout - $200, extra wheel - $100, wear and tear parts - $$$$$, second trans - $0 (yay, warranty), misc. things I've used and thrown away - $200, more to buy later, it's nice having a car most everyone knows nothing about. Fast is getting faster, I want this car to be ahead of the curve.

Stock numbers, maybe 255, lol, I'm not heavily modded, I wouldn't even say lightly modded. The color came from Wal-Mart in the form of Krylon.

With one coat of primer and one of paint, not long... I had my reasons, and it's still a work in progress, it's been flat black, satin black as it is now, and something COMPLETELY different soon.
