got a 5.3 with camaro intake what fuel rail do I need? can I ran 5.3 injector?I can get my hands on a rail but it as no return.Do I need a return?

Do I need a return?
with stock fuel system no need return .

im putting this in a 64 impala.So what pump do I need? I guess the factory regulator will set the psi.
