Default Damn exhaust leaks

Some jackass broke a few exhaust manifold bolts in each head and it happens to be the furthest to the back. So my question is wats the easiest fix for this problem. Remove the heads and drill an tap or hopefully someone knows a better way.

I have found it easier to take it apart the first time, rather then fight with it and then find out I have to take it apart anyways. lol

I'm with him. There is virtually no way to get a drill in there

No one broke the bolts off on you. From the stock manifold expanding and contracting it puts pressure against the bolts and causes them to snap. Your best bet is to get a angle drill (90*) start with an 1/8th in bit and go larger from there. Just be careful to not put side pressure on the bit because you'll most likely be pulling the head to get out a broken drill bit. Reverse drill bits work nice and I've gotten lucky to where they've actually backed out the remaining bolt. Good luck cause no matter what it's going to suck.
