Back in an LS, for a daily.
The IS300 wasn't really cutting it, a little underpowered and small. I have a buddy that works at a Honda dealer and this car was traded in. Single owner, GM Certified car (although the GM Certified doesn't carry over through a non-GM dealer). The thing extremely clean. It will most likely stay stock in terms of exhaust etc., but a TVS1900 is not out of the question, and that + a tune/trans tune is most likely all it'll get.
I like driving the thing a lot. Appearance mods will go as follows:
I'll get some much better pics later today, it's pretty cold outside right now! And if anybody wants an IS300 for a good deal... lol.

- Drop a little bit, nothing crazy
- Trade out the bronze bowtie's for silver or white
- Brushed ADV.1's/HRE's/iForged or the like
- !Front plate holder

Although it isn't an f-bod, still good to see you back behind the wheel of something LS-powered Reza. You are keeping your hands full with projects lately, kudos!

Not that i know you at all but after seeing your TA and now your viper build that thing is going to get more than just a blower! Cant wait to see it with some nice wheels though. Nice ride! How much longer are you going to make everyone wait on the Viper?

It's a freakin' curse, but it does feel surprisingly good to be back in something GM. I need to finish the Viper up first before doing much to this. It's nice, the Maggie setups for these are pretty well price at under $6k, all it'd need is a tune after that. I think if this will make 430rwhp give or take 15 that'd be perfect. That probably won't be until after Houston and TX2K11 in case I blow something up lol.
The wait on the Viper is killing me, one of my turbos is pushing oil at low RPM so we called it safe and it's going off to Precision today for a rebuild before we tune any more. I'm dying here.

It's RWD, AWD would have been cool, but I kinda like the RWD more than I thought.
Why a roots/positive displacement v. centrifugal? Or just the TVS? I like the idea of a roots/positive displacement blower on this, good under the curve torque, factory looking fit/finish and I'm not going for ***** out power. This thing never needs to make more than 450rwhp, it is a daily but it's nice to know it can get out of it's own way. For lots of power I'm hoping the Viper should suffice.
As far as why the TVS, I can't find a Whipple kit anywhere .

Does KB not make a Tbss kit? Maybe its just overboard, but those new ones are sweet. GM/Edelbrock?
I also figured the centrifugal made the power a little higher in the RPM range, being a little easier on the drivetrain (idk what im talking about though )

I can't find a KB setup, Edelbrock makes one, but it's very similar. The car won't see much WOT, so low end torque will be nice. We also aren't talking about astronomical amounts of power, it'll probably make 400rwtq give or take 10. I'm open to suggestions though.

I bet you are! Lol. Bested my time in that car yet? I see an edited vid of me driving .
EDIT: I'd remove that video from YouTube, not to be a dick, but it isn't yours to be posting, and definitely not yours to edit.
