jegs screwed me over? or no
so decided to buy this flange kit. 3 kits ok. = $63.95
total its 6 flanges, 6 gaskets, and 3 bags with bolts.
so i receive my package. come to find out i only get 3 flanges themselves.
no bolts or gaskets. uh no 6 flanges. so i call jegs.
told lady the issue. she said they will send the proper kit. i repeated 3 times what the kit includes.
so i have 3 flanges i got. i need 3 more flanges that didnt come with the rest and also 6 more gaskets that i never got in the 1st place and also never got the 3 bags with bolts.

yes i know it only says 3 exhaust collector flanges.
i know i clicked on the correct product link. uh the flange kit above. but i get that.
so they supposely corrected my order.
2 days later. i get this email invoice.
ends up being like i ordered 3 different kits. which i never did.
unless something is wrong with link itself.
what bothers me the most. is they sent me the incomplete product.
not just that they charged me twice. im so pissed im never ordering from jegs ever again. maybe thats why they always include the jegs.com hats. lol.so i can be happy for 1 sec and be pissed for more then 4 hrs.
i dont even feel like calling them again. either they are going to say sorry and thats it. either correct your link or dont state what you dont sale. get your crap correct plane and simple. i know you guys are going to go by the images, but i know i ordered the correct flange kit.
at the end i ended up paying 100 bux for everything. i dont care about money. its what they supposely offer in the kit. pffff tired of typing.

Ive ordered from jegs at least 10 times and spent a few thousand dollars there. Never had an issue......although Im still waiting on a backordered thermostat I ordered a few weeks ago.

yea thats no good.....i had an issue with jegs a couple years back with a demon carburator........i dont deal with jegs anymore i go through summit they've always been great with me....willing to help on returns and warrantys......espically after you go through 5 B&M Crap GTO shifters in two years lol......

well if you don't care about getting your money back for $20 i'll call them and get it back. it's a win win situation if you think about it
i've done a bunch of orders through jegs and have never had a problem, sucks this happened to you man.

man i dont do too much business with jegs but when i do always great service.. I had an issue where they sent me the wrong parts and they sent out new ones that day.. said i had thirty days to get the items that were wrong back to them.. they sent me a label and i had the parts next day.. i would call em im sure they will rectify the problem
