This valley cover is machined to accommodate a 3/4" NPT fitting when plumbing a crankcase evac / breather system. This is a must have item for high end motors with vacuum pumps. The hole can also be plugged for NA applications. The 3/8" thickness provides structural integrity that highly stressed blocks need.
