motor question need help asap im putting a 2005 silverado 5.3 on my T/A but i wanted to know if the oil pan on it is the same as the ls1, kuz it doesnt want to line up the motor mounts so do i need a ls1 oil pan or that one should fit?????????

The truck oil pan won't clear the steering rack & is also way deeper than the f-body pan so ground clearance would be an issue. Go with the f-body oil pan & you will be just fine. Make sure you also get the pick-up and windage tray for the f-body pan.
