I thought I would let you all know that we have a bolt in 9" IRS for the 2010 Camaro, Caddie CTS-V, GTO and G8.
We use our own fully fabricated housing that is made in house on our state of the art CNC machines and fabrication equipment.
Everything is jig located to ensure a perfect fit every time.
We also do all our design and machine work in house, we machine our axles and stubs right here in house.
Our 9" kit comes with:
Fabricated bolt in 9" housing that bolts up to the factory location
Price is $5500. with these features. Up-grades and options available
Heavy duty front mount with BMR bushings
Pre-built pumpkin from Strange Engineering with your choice of gears and 31 spline Truetrac posi
300m billet inner axle stubs (bolt together for future up-grades)
300m 1000+hp Anti Wheel-hop axles
4340 billet outer axle stubs
2 piece chromoly/aluminum or 1 piece aluminum Driveshaft
Here is our CTS-V kit, I'll load up photo's of our Camaro 9" kits when I get a chance to grab some good photo's.
The Camaro housing is very similar except it will have a dual mount on the front and a single rear mount.
We use the same base housing on all platforms, we jig locate all the mounting tabs for each specific model of car we are making it for.
We also offer the kit with just a bare housing for you guys wanting to fab it all in your self.
We have about 4 kits in work now so if you want one please let me know as these have about a 2-3 week build time. Once we get some on the shelf we will be able to ship as soon as they are ordered.
We can build you a 9" from mild to wild with anything from the standard 31 spline Truetrac posi to the 35 spline wavetrack posi.
Also available is our Outlaw 33 spline axles, some control arm modification is required with the Outlaw axles due to the large 33 spline cv joints used.
