Default Problems with turning right (rack pinion?)

Has anybody had any problems with there rack and pinion on their GTO?
My 06 GTO seems to be really hard (binding) when turning the wheels to the right.Even switching lanes, it almost feels like its binding or something before freeing up,like theres a problem or something with the rack. Its really noticable when its cold outside .If she gets up to operating temp ,,,it doesnt seem as bad but is still feels like she binds alittle then it will move normal which is scary as **** when switching lanes with snow on the roads

If you have headers see if its binding on the joint on the steering shaft.

is it easy to turn left and hard to turn right? if thats the case, you most definatley need a new rack and pinion. Pain in the *** to remove and install. Replace it before it locks up on you.

You may have air in the rack, if you have opened any lines. Might try turning left and right all the way to where it stops, a few times. If that doesn't help, its probably the rack.
