GoPro HD Motorsports DV camera! $249 shipped.... NorCal Auto Group is a new vendor and are also into LSx powered conversions. I have an LS7 powered Mazda FD RX-7 which will be done soon (build thread soon). Built a couple Buick GN Powered RX-7's too! My normal screen name is "gnx7" on here with good reputation/feedback. The suction cup mounts are good to well past 140mph when properly used. Beyond that I would think about using a flat/curved mount which has 3M double sided tape (only way to remove is with a heat gun. Super sticky).

Holiday bump! These take great footage and are the smallest wireless HD DV camera on the market. They can be installed just about anywhere (helmet, windshield, roof of car, low on the spoiler, next to the rear wheel for a smokey burnout shot etc). You can also use a chest mount to use it for other sports/activities!

Yes it has the newly updated sound processor. This batch was received about 2 weeks ago so they are the latest and greatest. I believe that all the HD versions have a better sound processor than the non HD one from the get go as a standard feature.
In the spring there will be LCD screens (potentially February) that can be fitted to the HD camera with the back port already built into it.

extended thru January 31st. It's my Bday on the 18th.... 
The LCD screens and additional battery pack "add-ons" will be available here in the next month or so. I've seen the LCD screen (about 2.5" across) and it makes the camera easier to use/replay/shoot plus the add-on battery pack effectively doubles the battery life available. Both still retain waterproof design by using a larger/further extended back sealed door.

answered some PMs. This is a great camera to own to film not only car stuff.... but many sports, events, kids at play, water sports (not that kind), and life in general.....
