what coils do I have? Which will work best with AEM?

Default what coils do I have? Which will work best with AEM?
I have 2 sets of coils and I will be using them with an AEM EMS in wast spark configuration.

I need help identifying each coil set and deciding which ones I should use and which I should sell.

The ones on the left are car coils. On the right are truck coils.

I guessing they both have igniters and will work in a waste spark configuration with an AEM EMS?
