Default Fuel Rail Leaking.... HELP!!!

Ok. So now I have got literally everything back together (Head gasket repair)... I turn the key to the "on" position to prime to fuel rails, and fuel starts spraying out of the hose that crosses over the front of the intake that connects the Driver side/passenger side fuel rails?

What is this part called?

Thinking bout buying a new one.

I don't think thats replaceable. You can find fuel rails pretty cheap on ebay and in the forsale section.

You'll need a fuel line disconnect tool to remove the fuel lines. You'll need a 3/8 and 5/16 disconnect tool.

What part of the tube is it coming from?

Their are o-rings on the ends that can be replaced, if they get pinched/bent it will leak.

Yup. Is it worth it to go through the trouble of setting up my Aftermarket regulator and gauge or just list it on the forum for sale?

I would just leave the stock one on there. But keeping the one you have for a spare wouldn't be a bad idea either.

Then its probably just bent. Pick up a new o-ring and make sure the brackets are square when you put them back on.

Wiggling/forcing the rails and injectors in normally bends one of the brackets that holds the tube on and causes a leak. I had the same issue a while back.

We did have to do some wiggling. Will a o ring for the injectors work? Am I missing a bracket? Can you tell from the pic?

I can't say for sure, but I do think injector o-rings will fit. I just bought a multi pack at AZ so I can't say for sure.

You aren't missing a bracket, its the rusted thing below the bolt that holds your rail on in your pic. They goes on sideways (4 of them) and hold the tubes to the rails. Just drain the tube of gas and remove the brackets with a torx head. Bend them back to square and reinstall.
