I have looked through quite a few threads on here and a couple of other forums but I have a question still..... What do I need to do in order for a LS1 based T56 to be used behind a LT1? I have seen people using LT1 based T56 transmissions behind a LS1 but not the other way around.

Input shaft, front cover and bellhousing... just like those using LT1 trans behind LS1 engines. I've got an LT1 front cover and input shaft, if you want to trade.
