Default Oil Pan for Road Course Application

Currently in the middle of a 355 build for my car. My question is if running the stock oil pan in a road course application is dangerous/risky due to oil starvation? I've done some searching and most discussions on oil pans are for Drag Racing apps. My car is not built solely for racing, mostly a street car, but I would just like to hit the twisty track a few times a month as time allows but want to be sure my engine is protected from any oiling issues.

My short block build consists of:
LT1 2 bolt block
Stock Crank
Scat I beam Rods
SRP Forged Pistons
Stock K member/Steering
Planning on using the Melling 10554 Pump

Anyone have a recommendation for a pan that will fit both the Street and Road Course Duty?

I think the key will be to be open to needing to build a hybrid oil control system yourself. While there are aftermarket options with windage trays and such few seem to actually work as they should so guys endup buying say a Canton pan then putting a different windage tray in it. While you are playing a pan baffle is cheap to add.

Use the stock oil pan and windage tray, install a canton accusump system.

Canton 242t is actually for road racing and includes a bung for a temp gauge.
