Default L92 heads?

Hey guys I need some info. I'm going to ditch the 317 heads and find a set of L92's but I need to know where to find a set at a good price or would like to know what they come on. Also are the LS3 heads the same as the L92 but with bigger valves?

LS3 heads for the most part are L92s.

PRC CNC L92 Heads from Texas Speed are $1149.50. there are better ones out there, but these arent bad from what I have heard. There is a lot of options from the 4.xx in bore block.

If I was to try and find a used set off of a truck what year should I look for? Do come on the 1500 or 2500 or both? The casting number is on the corner of the head like the older heads right. If so what are the numbers to look for? Or does anyone no a website that list them all.

i'm assuming it's going on a lq motor. and since his sn suggests it...probably a 408 lq.

BUT that's just a guess.
