Default MMT M2 H/C A4 goes 10.63 @ 127 mph

We went to the track today and ran a new best. I can say most of the improvement was from tuning and letting the computer learn the heads.
We ran a string of 10.70's with a 10.64 and a best of

10.63 @ 127 mph(1/8- 6.75 @101). With a 1.43 60 ft. Best mph of the day was 128.01

D/A was -1070 to -708 throughout the day.

We did this with a stock LS6 intake and stock ported TB

We were also 70 pounds heavier than last time due to the addition of 5-point roll bar.

We will be testing a few updates next week. Anybody have a FAST intake or TPIS /w TB forsale ?

I am going to hate to change out the stock tranny when it blows, as I am sure we will have to mess around with its pecularities!

The track held up great Saturday, as Jeff made the last run of the day, a solo and still got another 10.6X. Usually the track goes away as the day wears on, but I guess the low turnout helped launch conditions.

I have a video of Jeff driving to the starting line and in the sandy soil next to the car was a set of deer tracks. Probably not too many drag strips can say that deer roam the track!

Congrats on the new Best!!

The car probably has alot more ET in it. I was expecting more than 2 tenths going from stock heads to S2. Believe me I know when your running 10's NA, its hard as hell to even shave off a hundreth. There's probably some hidden ET in the tuning.

Good Luck!

Awesome guys!!! Keep up the good work, I have a F.A.S.T. manifold sitting here right now It's the 78mm version, but I still think we should see what it will pick up on the dyno.

BTW, I think we need to step up on the intake valves. We are leaving power on the table considering all of the new induction items that are now available.

Great times!

We can say we have deer at our track in KC. Hell you drive right by them at the shutdown area and return road.
