Default 93 Trans am fuel problem

I got this car a couple of months ago its had no problem until the other day. I was driving and the car died. Couldn't get it to fire back up. It would turn over but wouldn't start. Waited a little while tried it again and the car started. Next day car is fine, but then the following day same thing. I listened for the fuel pump and when the car wont start the fuel pump is not coming on so I am assuming its a fuel problem. I know the car had a new fuel installed less than 15k miles ago. Any Ideas anyone?

when it doesnt start with the key on engine off, check for fuel at the rail.
if no fuel, check the filter. but it sounds like the pump is bad. i worked on a car that it would start a run, when the customer drove it to work and turned it off it wouldnt run again. put it on a roll back and itd start at the shop. the factory pump had gone bad, shake the car and it starts.lol.......
