Default Question for Tires Tires Tires!?

whats up guys i just got my self on some wheels and was wondering about this.

16x8 wheels size and i am thinking of running 295/50/R16 witch fit fine on a 16x8 rim. Their rated for an 8-10 rim according to MT's website. Besides the more sidewall the better for drag racing right?

oh and if you got pics plz post up wanna see how they look

my mods are in my sig just add the stall

I'm gonna have to disagree. I've never heard of anyone running a 295 tire on an 8" wheel. 8" should be in the 245 range for tires. If you want to run a 295, I'd get a 10" or 10.5" wheel. 295 on a 9.5" even seems like a stretch...

not true, 315 is the widest recommended for a 10.5 rim... so you're perfectly fine.
