Help Gauges not working

Help Gauges not working I just installed blue leds and took the red film off the gauge face. I put every thing back together and the gauge needles were out of place. sometimes the tach would be a 0rpm or 5k rpm at idle the battery is at 18v full is all the way full which is not suppose to be. the oil and temp are now working correctly. I checked the gauge fuse and was ok.
