Default Polo Green With Gunmetal Wheels...

I have silver ZR1s on my car right now, I just ordered some black ZR1s for the front and am going to order some deep dish ZR1s from OE in a week or 2.

I don't really want black wheels, but I don't want deep dish wheels on the front of my car and found a deal on some traditional style ZR1s in black. My plan was to paint or powder coat the wheels gunmetal or a flat grey color, but I haven't seen any gunmetal wheels on polo green cars.

I looked on google and here and found a few with black wheels, but nothing gunmetal.

Anyone have pics or any words of insite?

IMO photoshops don't really do it any justice, but there are some guys with skills on here, don't get me wrong there. I'd like to see an actual picture. I'm probably going to rock the black wheels for the summer since I'm spending too much on the rest of the car right now. But I know that the black wheels will not stay, but I love the look of ZR1s on these cars and am not getting rid of them, just going bigger all around

Nope my brother is buying them from me and putting them on his S10 It should look sick. Its on a 5-6 drop right now with a 350, T5, was a T56 but he had to sell the tranny to catch on some bills. Lots of custom work, shaved firewall, painless wiring harness...and more to come next year, mostly suspension

I'll put a pic up in there and see what happens, thanks for the idea

This is just a PS , but finding a real pic is gonna like finding a unicorn lol . There is barely any good polo green pics or gunmetal wheels to choose from , either the angles are all wrong or the pic quality is horrid . Amazingly this worked . Better than nothing I suppose .

LT- Your welcome

OP- If it was my car, I'd go for the Gunmetal colored wheels or have em painted that color.

Yeah I'm going that route for sure. Deep dish on the rear and traditional style ZR1s up front 11" at all 4 corners

I have my front wheels they were dropped off yesterday and are currently black, I put one on the rear to get an idea, and it doesn't look bad but the gunmetal would look sick. I also have everything blacked out, 15% tint, smoked tail lights, smoked front signal lights, smoked rear side markers. I'm going to paint the top black to help blend everything together also. But the black wheels are just too played out (no offense to anyone). Everyone around here has blacked out wheels from their rusty beaters to the diesel trucks

It may not be this year, but I'm going to try to only have gunmetal colored wheels on my car when it comes back out in the spring

I know it's not Polo Green, but here is a pic of my Mystic Teal TA in the shade with Gunmetal painted spokes on SS wheels:

Thanks, I did recently repaint the spokes a slightly lighter metallic Gunmetal though, haven't taken any pics yet though. They will be for sale here soon, going to switch to 18" DD C5's here after tax return.
