its alot of fun and pulls like a mother lol
sounds like fun, i know when i changed my 5.0 mustang gears from 2.73 to 3.73 there was a huge difference. So more then likely i will buy the 4.10

Yes it is absolutely worth it! After the swap you will ask yourself "Why didn't I do this sooner?" I wish I would have bought my car and the next week did the gear swap! It makes all the difference in the world. A definite change for the better!!

most would say it's worth it... although if you're a little skeptical you'd be fine with 373s too.

put 3.73's in my 02 and noticed a little difference, then went with 4.10's in my 98 10 bolt, then again when i bought my 12 bolt wouldnt change them for anything. BTW i also got 23mpg going on a road trip after putting them in to. that was running bout 75-85 the whole time.

I had 4.10's thought they were to low. I like 3.90...

For sure with a M6 car go 4.10 or 3.90. I wouldn't even consider a 3.73

i agree,... 4.10 is the way to go, personally anyways.
I just threw the 373s out there cuz it's probably the next preferred gear set.

Do the 3.42's hold up better then the 4.10's or is it just a matter of time with either the 3.42's and 4.10's?
I love it on the NA current motor setup I have now...but I think when I go FI Im going to have to go with another set of gears so I can see full boost or close to it in the lower gears

I went with 3.73's, as with spray I want to be able to have a nice pull. Not shifting like crazy like you will with 4.10's. Now an NA car, yes throw some gears in there.

Just a matter of time with the 7.5 10 bolt. Unless you are like me and have a lowly 3.4 v-6. :)

Got them on my FRC and love them, best mod next to LT's and tune. I picked up a few tenths in the 1/4 and if u hook roll racing too, as long as you are not rolling to 150

I had 4.11 in my cam only m6 and loved it. That was right at 400rwhp, then put a D1 and bumped the hp up to 630rwhp and still loved it. I always wished I would have went with 4.30's

Motive Performance orange box gears are going to be a really strong gear. The Ratech install kits are good, as well get the Ratech spacer not the crush sleeve. You can get the Ratech kit with or without the outer wheel bearings. Depends on how many miles you have.

I would save your money for a 12 bolt with 4.10's instead. A 7.5 won't hold up very good With an M6, 4.10's and H/C/I.

Any of you guys rolling 4:10's with a truetrac posi? Im pondering about this setup. I got 150shot of Spray a mild cam and All the bolt-on goodies. Its a M6 with the 7.5 inch rear. Are these 28 or 26 splined?
