Im lookin for these but cant seem to find them anywhere

Can some one direct me to where I can buy these or something similar?

I have these on my T/A and yes, they are B&B tips.... Mine could be for sale at the right price...

The tips in the original post look good but they look like they could use a little adjustment though. Just me being nit pickey, Lol.
