Default FINALLY custom center caps

I have looked for years for just a simple, round, domed center cap that would fit my C5 'wagon wheels'. these were installed with a spacer in the back, and nuts with the extended neck; making the factory center caps (which are ugly as sin) impossible to fit on.

-3 1/4" diameter, snapped right it, came with the ring in the back, they seem to hold solid... E-bay

before and after...:

o, and yes they're 17 / 18 " staggered, and i know the new/used thin rear tires make the fronts look bigger, as theyre actually are a 1/2" taller now...

Paint them black to match, then they will be perfect.

They actually look pretty good. Paint the caps to match and get black lug nuts. Digging the bird on the hood too.

Funny how those wheels look better on F-bodies than they did on the Vettes.

thanks all! i got the wheels with tires for bout 250, so couldnt pass it up... and they look better black and are lighter than the 16" chromies... im going for small chrome accent pieces, so i think they will stay shiny. might do a small black "bird" on the center caps though...?

Heres another idea for you wagon wheel guys. this wheel really looks great as an open lug wheel.

Interesting resurrecting an 11-year-old thread. Cool. Did you make that center cap or find it somewhere? I've made my own custom center caps on my Mustang. The ones on my Firebird are plain flat ones though.
