I need help with LH6/4L60E standalone wiring
I'm just starting down the path of getting this thing wired, and hoping to start it up before the end of January. Every post I read talks about how simple it is to convert a factory harness for standalone use but I'm really confused.
What I have:
2008 LH6 & 4L60E from a Trailblazer - complete
Engine & trans harness
ECM
TCM
Underhood fuse block
Accelerator pedal
Subscription to AllData
Also have the entire body harness & interior fuse block
I want to convert the harness myself to save some coin. I'll spend the money on HP Tuners to get the ECM working standalone.
Here's what I think I need to do on the underhood block to get things started:
Battery + to the 125A fusable link
Battery + to connector C5 terminal A
Ignition + to connector C5 terminal B
Connector C3 terminal F3 to fuel pump +
Connector C3 terminal F1 to ground
Connector C4 terminal C5 to ground
Obvious question - Where does cranking voltage go to?
That's where I am now. I don't know if I'm on the right track, way off, or what additional circuits need connections. I've been watching Wayne Powell's great documentation videos on his LH6 powered BMW and he mentions something about rerouting some transmission circuits, but I can't figure out which.
Thanks for any help or recommendations,
Jake

Findings
Not sure if anyone is following but I have some updates:
Battery + to the 125A fuse on underhood fuseblock
Connector C5, terminal A is 12V to Ignition switch
Ignition switch RUN goes to connector C5, terminal B
Found cranking voltage:
Ignition switch START goes to connector C2, terminal F7
Park/Neutral circuit from C107 (orange/black wire) goes to connector C2 terminal F10
Connector C3 terminal F3 is 12V to fuel pump

Its been a couple years since you posted this but do you happen to have any info on what wires you kept and which ones you eliminated while converting your harness? I have an LH6, 4l60e trans, with TCM/PCM, pedal, harness, and underhood fuse block. I'm swapping it into a 53 Chevy truck and want to try to do the harness myself.
Thanks
