Default Got my Monster Tach put in

Just finished putting it in. Love it or hate it, it reads more accuratley than the tach in the cluster. Got a good deal on it and couldn't pass it up. Suprisingly the tach had enough wire to go straight to the PCM after snaking through the firewall.

Looks pretty good! I just never saw the need for one. Shift light did the trick for me instead of looking at the tach.

Any particular reason why you got a 5" tach/shift light combo vs getting just a Raptor or Harlan shift light? Most get the small, easy to tuck away shift light. Just wondering.

I plan on going beyond 7k with some future mods and I liked the GMPP design. Just personal preference really.

It's really not that bright at night since I wired it to the dimmer switch so I can dim the light with the dash lights. The shift light is bright.
