Assuming 4L60E to 4L60E

If thats the case then yes you can. Make sure by popping the VSS out of the 91 trans and see if its a gear drive or hall effect reluctor. If its a 4L60E, it should be the reluctor and plug in directly, no need to switch connectors

4x4 versions use an adapter/extension harness using the same connector. These are common on S10's in JYs

The tcase came from a 91 sub with the 700r4 and it is a reluctor. My trans is a th400 with the np 241 behind it. The plug is diffrent but is still a 2 wire hook up. The new plug has a green and purple and the ls plug is yellow and purple. So I should be good to go with splicing in the np241 connector?

Thanks!!!
