Default Adjusting stock rocker arms...?

Can some one tell me how to adjust the stock rocker arms?

I need some help.

this is the way i do it
Exhaust opening/Intake closing

When the exhaust just starts to open, adjust the lash on that cylinder's intake valve then turn over the engine until that intake valve has opened and almost closed then you adjust the lash on that cylinder's exhaust valve.
