look not trying to be condescending but have you tried using the search this forum option located at the top right hand corner right next to thread tools? If so try searching cam recommendation or other variations of that and you'll come up with about a million threads about this same topic and people with cars almost just like yours but for what its worth I would say get a a TR224

These threads have become downright comical to me. I chuckle every time a new one pops up. And I see the same response so I stick in my same response.

Well according to the OP's use for the car its the logical choice to be a mild cam. The hard part these days is figuring out what type of lobes you want. Anyone can sling some numbers out there and hope its gonna make power. Chances are it will, but may be far from ideal. I am all about getting useful power from a cam swap. After doing it the wrong way and the right way (according to myself) I would only do a big cam with supporting mods and planned top end rpms. I have had a 222/226 cam, but it was an XE grind from like 10 years ago nearly. The EPS one is probably far superior to it in a number of ways I have yet to calculate. I am partial to what I have seen come from Geoff on those cams, so maybe I am a bad person to ask. Although, its hard to go wrong with a custom cam from someone that knows what they are doing.
